LBK has modern equipment for cooks, bakers, makers of all types, caterers and food cart owners. Depending on your arrangement with LBK, we can provide short-term refrigerator, freezer and dry-good space as part of your rental package. We also have excellent wifi, 24/7 access, off street parking and customized ‘batch’ rates for you and your unique project!

Requirements:
If you are an established food business, and intend to sell your products made at Local Batch Kitchen, you will need the following:
- License for your food products from the appropriate state agency
- ServSafe certificate
- Insurance
If you are just exploring your options and know that you want to practice and create in a commercial kitchen, you will sign a Memorandum of Agreement with LBK and a liability waiver.
