Local Batch Kitchen (LBK) is a licensed commercial kitchen, maker’s space, classroom and community hub, providing professional kitchen space to food creatives, businesses, bakers, chefs, growers, teachers, food crafters, caterers, small batch producers, and anyone who may need the room and equipment to develop and fine-tune a recipe.
LBK is also rentable for tasks that need to get done in a larger professional kitchen than your own – like hosting a food-prep day with friends, or prepping for that family reunion, graduation party or any fun get-together you’d rather not attempt to do in your kitchen.
Good food and great ideas take practice and LBK is the place to follow those creative impulses – and really – your dreams!
LBK supports food and craft entrepreneurial efforts while providing a welcoming and accessible space for learning. We strive to help build personal food resiliency through DIY classes and events, building sustainability through community.
