The pickle season is upon us, and Local Batch Kitchen has options to preserve your cucumbers in all kinds of ways!  You are welcome to bring your own harvest of cucumbers, or we will have some for you.  It’s easy to forget in the height of summer that canned goods make excellent hostess gifts and Christmas presents – and don’t forget the glorious reward of ‘putting up’ food in the summer, and getting to eat it in those darker winter months.
